โ โ โ โ โ I just wanted to express how pleased and satisfy I am with this company. Iโve worked in many restaurants and I always get good consistent work on the cleaning that is done in my restaurants. On top of that, super impressed with the staff and sales rep Joe, they always follow up to see how weโre doing and take very good care of our store. I would highly recommend this company. Thanks Jani King and Joe for all your hard work!

โ โ โ โ โ Everyone should be careful about Jani King. This company is specifically deceiving our money. Whether it is for investors or customers, when you want to become a franchisee, I am very sure that you will lose the money you invested. Donโt think that the franchisee is The boss can make money, in fact, we are their employees, which is equivalent to spending money to buy a cheap job. This is not a formal company at all. A regional Director argued with the people in the company's parking lot and shouted out the unpleasant and swearing words, knows that the company is a liar company, defrauding the franchisee's money, and Customer trust, everyone wants to know how they trained to clean the customer's building in a way that is easy to deceive? There are more inside stories to be share with everyone. Who want to buy a franchise business and The Company will accept Jani King's cleaning service must carefully consider the companyโs reputation.

โ โ โ โ โ Called to see if we would like a quote on cleaning, they provided a competitive quote so we decided to switch to them. Provided 6 weeks notice to current cleaners with Jani King to start 6 weeks out. The day cleaning is supposed to begin we are told they have no cleaners for our area (Burlington). Zero communication of this through the lead up to cleaning, just missed meetings, voicemails with no one returning calls and endless emails trying to setup a walk through. Then a week and a half later saying sorry we can't clean there. Why would you have sales reps calling businesses in Burlington if you have no cleaners there.

Leon is our Franchise owner, he does an excellent job of keep our office spotless. Evan, our sales rep stops by frequently to make sure that everything is cleaned to my standards. โ โ โ โ โ TLDR; They DO NOT do what the rep promises and are VERY expensive in comparison to other companies (almost double!). They don't clean very well, if they clean at all, and they do not care what is told to the customer. Joe will openly lie to the customer and will never use the word "sorry".
Go elsewhere for your cleaning services.
Detailed:
Jani King was chosen by default by corporate from my company. They promise the world "on top of light fixtures" and when it comes time to deliver the franchisees don't do any of the work required.
We checked our camera's one time and saw that one of the cleaners moped right in front of the reception desk (where someone would stand, maybe a 2' by 2' area) and stopped, pulled out their phone and proceeded to talk on the phone while leaning on the desk for 40 minutes. Seeing as they are only there for 1.5 hours, this was outrageous.
On completely empty surfaces they do not wipe the dust away (even tested by wiping away one spot with our finger and it was still there after the next cleaning day).
Finally my corporate agreed to allow us to change cleaners and the last day of service (which we must stay behind to meet them to collect the keys) they are no where to be seen. I call them after 40 minutes and they say "oh sorry, another 30 or 40 minutes or so." So 1.5 hours late on the last day of service.

โ โ โ โ โ I have worked for Jani king for over a year know it has been the best job I have ever had! Everyone one is super friendly and extreme helpful. Especially my manager Kelly. Kelly Not only treats you as an employee but as a family member. She is always trying to accommodate everyone. If you have any issues she is there to help you at the drop of a hat. After working for Jani king I could not see myself working anywhere else. If you ever get the chance to work for jani king I would definitely advise you to take the job.

โ โ โ โ โ I've had Jani-King cleaning our offices for over a year now (it may even be longer now that I think about it). We switched to them from a "residential-focussed" cleaning company. Jani-King always respond to our requests, have done a great job in the weekly cleaning, and have made this a "non-issue" to deal with on a daily basis. In my opinion as a business owner that's great in and of itself.
