We did several virtual house tours with her; Jane not only captured the basics of the house, but also offered valuable commentary on the flow and sometimes even the smell of the house. :) Important when there isn't always time to take the ferry to Victoria for a viewing. Jane helped us find the perfect home on the island, was there every step of the way, answered all questions with patience and introduced us to several contractors who are helping us whip our place into shape. Very happy with our experience with Jane - she's smart, funny and a delight to work with!
