Buying a home can be a stressful experience, so it was luck that we had James there through the process. We met James at an open house and were immediately drawn to his energy and friendliness. James helped me purchase my first home. Aside from being very attentive to my demands as a client, James is a great agent because of details. He's able to do a good job pointing out: problems, potential problems, extra costs, and ways to remedy these things. I don't know if I'll be looking in a location reasonable to him in the future but I'd ask him to help me with my next place as far as he'd drive.

Purchased a condo in Victoria through James in November. I was looking for a unit downtown that was legal for short term rentals so I could rent it out when I wasn’t using it. I am new to the market living on Pender Island so I needed someone that would give me advice and access to deals on the ground as well as draft and present offers when required. The market is competitive and units were typically sold within a day or two of listing. James from the start did an amazing job. I have been in the real estate business for over 30 Years both as a commercial broker and investor. Although I can negotiate and have experience, the value of someone on the ground with local knowledge and access to listings is invaluable. I am also hard to impress and James exceeded my expectations. I would only use James as my Victoria realtor from now on. He sincerely cares about his clients and works really hard to get you the deal which are likely his strongest attributes. Highly recommended.
