I rarely write negative review but hear me out... Incredibly unprofessional. TSSC has held on to my almost $2000 which I paid well over a year ago. They have issued a β€œleague credit” and refuse to process a refund and it’s been over a year. There is not foreseeable time when I can use this credit. And undoubtedly the league prices will skyrocket after reopening making my credits worth less. As well, the head office is impossible to get a hold of over the phone and goes straight to voicemail and emails are replied with generic responses about β€œgovernment mandated shutdowns” and β€œunprecedented times”. Criminal. Very disappointing.

I was a member of TSSC for nearly 5 years. The year-round leagues, and tournaments, were always well-run and professionally managed. While a majority (if not all?) the leagues are self-officiated - which can take some getting used-to, this does not diminish from the level of clean competition in the sports. Should TSSC ever launch a Masters age group league - I'd return in a heartbeat!

This organization is an absolute joke, I signed up a team for softball and was promised a season from August to October, after 4 weeks they stopped posting any games on the schedule, and we were told that teams were being added to our league and that we would receive an updated schedule. Two weeks ago we were given two days notice of our game time, now it's one day until we are supposed to play and no schedule has been posted for the remainder of the season. They do not answer phone calls or reply to emails, and to top it all off they refuse to refund the balance of the money that I paid them for last season, and instead have issued "credits" that expire in January, how can my own money "expire". There's plenty of better leagues in the city, and unless TSSC is holding your money hostage I would suggest taking it elsewhere.

Would give zero stars if the option existed. Take note all the fake reviews by their own employees. If everyone chooses other sports leagues to play in that would hit them the hardest. Don't fall victim to this scam organization.

Grifted. Was promised games in Toronto. Most of our softball games are scheduled in North York. It is difficult enough to get there by car in rush hour. The people without them are forced to take transit which is just as bad. I have no idea what the money is for. There is no umps and no organization. Huge disappointment.

The referee who officiated the soccer game at ballsports polson pier yesterday is not very good. Too many bad calls, didn't speak clear enough when spoken to, has a terribly bad attitude. It felt like he was deliberately favouring one team which kinda sucked the joy out of the game. Stayed back to watch the next game, the referee officiated the game the same way. Got no confidence this ref would make correct decisions in the games remaining. Need to appoint a better referee for Sunday League preferable one who doesn't look angry all the time which kinda brings down the vibe in general.

Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication JAM exhibited. I signed up for the Softball spring season in early April when there were spots available for individual males. I paid my fees, and eagerly looked forward to playing this season. After purchasing some equipment for the upcoming season, a week before it was supposed to be begin I noticed my profile said that I was not registered. This didn't make any sense, so I reached out to JAM about it and was told not to worry, and that I was definitely registered. The very next day, I received an email out of the blue, unemotionally refunding me the fees I had paid to join softball this spring. No reasoning or explanation as to why I was removed as an individual participant. I reached out for answers, and still have not been contacted. Disappointment is the only word that comes to mind.
