★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped in on our way through Quebec on a road trip. We apologized for our poor French and the servers were very accommodating. However the service was so slow and inattentive. I ordered Mac and cheese, and my two friends ordered poutine. All three were listed under the side dishes section of the menu. We waited for about 45 minutes for our food before our server reappeared, not with our food but with our bills (for dishes we had not yet received). We told him so and he left, but we never saw that server again. We ended up flagging down a hostess and asked her to check on our food. It eventually arrived after an hour of waiting! My pasta was good, but the poutines were apparently bland and the gravy watery. By the time we had paid up and left we were over an hour behind our road trip schedule. Side dishes were not good enough to warrant an hour wait. I did not have crazy high expectations for a chain pub, but the standard of service was just not there at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered on Uber eats, but found a rock in our poutine… a full blown rock. How you ask? I don’t know, and I find it boarder-line impressive that this happened. Was the chef doing a burnout on some gravel? Did he drop our food and think: 5 second rule? Maybe this is a secret Ingredient. Whatever the story, I cannot recommend this place because there was a rock in my food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went at the end of the night but had a great experience with the server and bartender. Drinks were great and we had the cauliflower bites, the smoked meat fettuccine and the chicken burger. All the food was delicious- the sauce/hummus with the cauliflower bites was so yummy.. we could have had more. Would definitely go back.
