Jack was brilliant from start to finish. I easily made an appointment online and through text. The plumber called to confirm the appointment window before arriving. He performed the initial consultation as requested and explained the issues at hand. The repairs were broken into several invoices so we could triage important stuff for the time being and put off less pressing issues for another time. We elected to have the most pressing job sorted the following week. Jack arrived and completed the repairs as detailed in the estimate. I was not present for the appointment, but he explained his process to my partner as he completed the job. As a bonus he installed a flexible pipe as part of the draining system to make it easier for unclogging purposes should the need arise. Plumbing repairs are costly; it sucks, but there you go. I never got the impression that Jack was trying to upsell me or give me some sort of runaround. Every aspect of the job was handled professionally, and the professional was happy to answer any questions we had about the process. I wish I had known about Jack a few years ago when I initially had our basement shower renovated as it was done poorly and needs repair. Fortunately, I am more confident about Jack sorting out that repair and getting it done properly. I highly recommend Jack'd Up Plumbing to anyone looking for home plumbing services.

Jackson showed up on time, diagnosed the issues right away, explained the different options and the costs to me, and respected my hesitancy about the costs (I'm a first time homeowner and wasn't expecting to have to fix such issues). He was very understanding, respectful, and genuinely nice. I went ahead with the work and I'm so glad I did. Jackson found another leak that I was not aware of and made appropriate suggestions.
