★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice lobby area - Airy and bright. Clean change rooms. 6-lane pool with one wall of glass, so easy to view from outside the pool deck. Only thing I would add is a gym (no cardio or weight room).

Nice layout.
Up to date facility.
Dressing rooms kinda small.
Only 1 Ice pad but very well done with good stands for spectator's.
Team benches were good for players and coaches.
Ice is not as good as you would expect due to the nice facility but probably because of excessive use and heavy flooding due to being the only ice pad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was told to call at 645am to book swimming lessons for my 4 month old baby, and nobody answers the phone.. all classes fill up in less than 15 minutes. Left a message at 645am and still didn’t get a spot. I’m very disappointed to say the least! The online service will not work if your baby is under 6 months of age. Meanwhile they tell you they can participate if they can cold their head up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They did renovations to this place a few years back and honestly the improvements are great, always nice people around and the facilities are great. Covid slowed this place down for a little bit but hopefully things start picking up again. One of the best places to hang out in port hope. I mean you have to go at some point if you live in port hope but you should come if your close. Its just quite enough if you want a break from places like this that are usually packed to the brim
