★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Williams is a very caring and compassionate Dr. He does have a full caseload but ensures that you feel you have had all your questions and concerns addressed before he leaves. He will visit you in hospital if you end up there, and is very careful that all your meds are working well together. He works great as a team along with yourself and other specialists you may be dealing with. He comes highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Receptionist needs to smarten up and actually do her job!! To ignore patients phone calls for 2 years? Ridiculous, horrible wait times, and not many people, including myself, feel properly cared for. Let's also note, when you get yourself a new family doctor, they dont give your entire file to the new doctor when they are supposed to, AND they charge a ridiculous amount per a certain amount of pages...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Williams always takes time to value what I bring to our appointments and discuss options to address the best solution. His assistant, Sharon, is always ready with a smile. Difficult to get through on the phone but when I do, Sharon gets me in as soon as she can and offers alternate solutions to ensure I am cared for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are blessed to have a family doctor as we know several people do not. Dr. Morris has been with our family for over 20 years and we are forever grateful for the care he has given to our family. We also use walk-in clinics for some things, though pretty clear when to call his office. The rest of the staff are excellent too! It takes a team to make things happen and they do this.
