★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing food, reasonably priced, and phenomenal service! The staff are so friendly and very accommodating to dietary needs. They also accommodate our desire to use less styrofoam food packaging and pack our food in reusable containers upon request. J-Wok is our go-to place for a delicious dinner - Singapore Rice Noodles and House Chow Mein are our favourites (and we've never been let down!).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J-Wok is our favorite place for non traditional Chinese food. We have never had a bad experience and even the leftovers taste great.
Their food is flavorful and has a great texture and they're fast.
The only draw back is that they're closed on Sunday's, which can be annoying as we usually forget. They're take out or delivery only, which might be an issue for some, but for us it's perfect.
I would definitely recommend this place, it's my favorite over all the other Chinese restaurants I've tried in town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to enjoy it more...but kind of insulting that they charge you $0.50 to have your sauce on the side...ever hear of customer service? Saying that the container costs $0.50 doesn't cut it. It's a shame, because while the food is good....I won't ever go back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After trying several Chinese Food take-out places in Kelowna, we were not sure if we would ever find one with good food...then we found J-Wok Express! We have enjoyed take out from them several times now and have recommended them to friends who also have liked their food. They have great menu selections and the staff is very courteous. Our order is always ready at the requested time and nicely packaged so it is easy to take home in the car. Keep up the good work J-Wok!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best chinese takeout place in the Okanagan Valley! EXPLOSIVE portion with good flavour is scarce in today's world. I often even drive from west kelowna for this location specifically!
