We emailed plans and after viewing the plans were quoted a price and sent contract details, which we found fair and booked them. A day before they were to start the dig, the guy ( I'm assuming owner) told us that he did not read the plan properly and said he would require an additional $11,000! This review is not against the work they do, its about the fact that we were led on and a day before work was to start he decided to change the price. This left us without an excavator and delayed our work. We went with a different company who did it for the same price JVT initially gave us. I just want people to be aware and confirm all details before booking.
J	James B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Working in my neighbourhood. Hit my car while trying to pull out of the alley. Both the owner and driver try to deny they hit my car. I have it on security camera footage. Driver refused to give me his driver's license and would only provide it after I started to call the police. The driver of a dump truck has restriction 21 on his license and is driving a dump truck WITHOUT glasses. A TRUE HAZZARD ON THE ROAD. BEYOND THAT, LACKS MORALS TRYING TO DENY THEY DAMAGED MY VEHICLE AND NOT ACCEPTING THEIR MISTAKE! I would not use this company! Based on another review (upping a price at the last minute) and my interaction with them, they are BEYOND shady! Also, if driving near their vehicles stay very clear as they are not driving with proper eyewear! I just checked the Better Business Bureau. It appears this company has a history of damaging property and not dealing with it in a professional manner! WOW!
N	Natasha Mckinney on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First off I'm only giving 1 star because its the lowest it can go. On my way to work yesterday, on a residential street with tons of kids. One of this company's trucks veered into my oncoming lane. I could tell the driver was looking at a cell phone, and didn't see he was coming straight head on towards me. I honked the horn, and he lifted his head, and corrected himself into the proper lane. I turned around to get a plate number, and reported it to police. Later I called the company to complain and the owner just hung up on me. Don't use this company. Keep their unresponsable drivers off the road.
