★ ★ ★ ★ ★ collective agreement means nothing to employers, reps are just there to supply corporations with working bodies, sadly enough the days of unionization is gone and taken over by the for profit nostalgia, sad that even employers are treating members bad they gotta get it from the union reps because they dont speak up only if it includes $ signs to line their pockets. grievances dont even make it passed the first stage because employees just get replaced but hey united we stand lmao.
