★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found ITS through a general google search looking for network experts in the Vancouver area. I was sent to voicemail, and told i would be called back by 4 companies prior to calling ITS. When I called ITS, they were not only willing and able to help, they listened and too time to understand the urgency of our comapny's needs, opening and new office. As luck would have it, I spoke with Jason Davies first and he set all the correct expectations, and reccomendations for our space. Furthermore, anyone on his team has been timely and knowledgable whenever something comes up. We cannot thank them enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In 2021 we needed a big overhaul of our old office infrastructure and so we contacted ITS for this and they were very professional, patient and proactive in their approach to consulting and customer service (shout out to Herman and Nick!) But unfortunately the world was still dealing with ridiculous shortages and delays of everything imaginable. In the end we didn't actually get to hire them for their services as we ended up finding another solution due to the lack of PC hardware on the market in general. Yet Herman still kept answering my calls, my emails and trying to get us the help we needed even if it was just advice! 10/10 would call them up as drinking buddies, cheers!!!
