โ โ โ โ โ ITIS has supported our IT systems for close to two years and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone in search of Managed Services or other IT support.
Our company has grown from 2 people using a single shared server in our office to a team across Canada operating primarily in the cloud. When we first contacted ITIS we had a dual server environment in our offices, with our team connecting to it over the internet. While that worked, we were beginning to recognise we had challenges, ranging from physical access during emergencies or for weekend and after hours support, through the risk associated with having our servers in a standard office environment, to the physical environment requirements of our equipment. At the same time, we were also facing a major change to our core business applications, with part of that being a choice between continuing with in-house applications or moving to those run in the cloud as SaaS applications (Software as a Service).
Our experience is that they are honest about challenges, and will work with you to lead you through them or work beside you to overcome them. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend ITIS to anyone needing IT support.
