Contrairement aux grandes chaînes, les les techniciens sont accessibles.
De plus, ils sont l'écoute des besoins du client, les réparations se font sur les lieux et nous conseillent au lieu de chercher à nous vendre n'importe quoi.
Donc, c'est un choix personnel car j'aurai pu acheter un produit moins cher chez les grandes chaines mais j'ai priorisé la qualité du service, tout en achetant local.

So it's a personal choice because I could have bought a cheaper product from the big chains but I prioritized the quality of service, while buying local.
