G	Gene Swinton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great looking driveway with a thick layer of asphalt and a perfect slope to drain the rain water. Delivered just in time for Canada Day weekend. Very competitively priced without sacrifice to quality,which diffused my doubts based on reading some (possibly fake or staged) reviews online. Do not hesitate. Call Jerry to get your driveway done.
T	Trevor Lihou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience I've ever had with a paving company. Nikki came out to our Condo property in the summer of 2021 as we're interested in paving our parking lot. When I questioned Nikki's math on giving a quote she got quite offended, said that she's been in the business for 35 years and didn't need my business and left promptly. She even brought along a coworker and thought this would be a learning experience for her. This is the customer service that she's teaching her employees. Shame on you. Their moto is 'Providing quality service for over 35 years !' What joke ! Perhaps they don't want the customer to know that they're being overcharged ? Going forward I would never recommend Ital Paving to anyone or at least question their math when given a quote.
S	Stephen Mazur on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first visit to give an estimate went well. They recommened a landscaper to do some head walls That guy did not know what he was doing. When nicky ( owner ) arrived three months late to do the paving, they started the leveling With the driveway torn up nicky came over to my wife and said she would need another $1500.00 or she was packing up the crew and leaving. Nicky said the entrance was wider than she had estimated Go figure Her drawing was only a rough one at that. So unprofessional after all she had recommened the landscape. But it gets better when we got the estimate she said we could pay with a credit card Now she insisted to be paid in cash . The driveway stood up over the winter but is very rough and I am sure there is not two inches compacted in a lot of places. Also we still have not got our written guarantee or a receipt. Also where the asphalt meets the road allowance they did not cut the pavement to form a nice clean joint After all is said they did show up during covid and the paving was done. It's just asphalt I know but the customer service is lacking. No guarantees here. I guess$12,000.00 is peanuts to these people and so this is how we were treated.

They were friendly, warm and professional. I will recommend them to others and definitely use them in the future. They even donated some of their income to help us in our support of Breakfast for Children Coldwater. Thank you so much Ital Paving.

The snow melts so much quicker. And it is immaculate. they called me back same day, and made me feel like a priority. If you need your driveway paved. I can honestly recommend Ital Paving.

The entire experience from the first meeting with Niki and estimating what would be needed to the updates on scheduling to the successful completion of the driveway was very positive. For both the driveway grading and when it came time to asphalt Niki was on site and the crew were here early. The final result of how our driveway is amazing! I came across Ital paving, and after reading some of the negative reviews, I was hesitant to pull the trigger. However to my surprise they responded quickly, had my quote done within 24hrs and paving was complete in 2-3 weeks. Jerry was personable and their pricing gave me a resonable quote. Asphalt looks great! After reading some reviews about asphalt not holding up long term, I can't say I'm not nervous, but these folks are very friendly and professional. If any issues, I am confident Jerry and his team would respond fast. Would certainly Recommend them to anyone looking for paving their residential or commercial needs
R	Rick Johnson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had Niki and Crew finish my 3500+ sq foot driveway alongside my Neighbours driveway who had theirs done at the same time. So far it looks great and I look forward to it holding up for a very long time. Quote was competitive and comparable to other quotes I received. Quote of job to completion of job was approx. 3-4 weeks which was amazing timing. Communication and follow-up within that period was timely and courteous. The grading and paving crew were surprisingly quiet ! When I say that, I usually find that when a lot of folks are on a site it can get loud but I did not find that was case (equipment excluded) here. Niki was reassuring that should any issues arise they would be more than happy to come out and deal with them within the 1 year warranty provided. Customer Service to me is the #1 asset that a company can provide alongside their work; and although I don't perceive or look forward to having any concerns, the reassurance is a value that I regard highly.
