★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'un des employés est très arrogant et semble profondément misanthrope. À lui seul, il rend le fait de se rendre au commerce comme étant une corvée, un dernier recours. Tenant compte que plus souvent qu'autrement, il est au comptoir client, à l'entrée du magasin cela est un argument phare pour ne pas opter pour ce magasin. Travaillant dans le milieu du service à la clientèle depuis près de dix ans, j'ai rarement vu quelqu'un avec aussi peu de tact. En ce qui concerne le reste de l'équipe, ils sont très professionnels, amicaux. patients et de bons pédagogues.
 One of the employees is very arrogant and seems deeply misanthropic. On his own, he makes going to the store a chore, a last resort. Taking into account that more often than not, he is at the customer counter, at the entrance to the store, this is a key argument for not opting for this store. Working in the customer service industry for almost a decade, I have rarely seen someone with such little tact. As for the rest of the team, they are very professional, friendly. patients and good educators.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Au mois de mai dernier j'ai téléphoné pour un service que j'ai recu avec entiere satisfaction et je le recommande , Eric Jodoin le plus compétent avec qui j'ai eu a résoudre un probleme dont d'autres cie etait d'une grande complexité pour eux. Au dela du service recu celui d'apres vente également. Probleme resolu dans le temps de le dire et tres abordable. Tes patrons sont chanceux d'avoir un employé tel que toi. C'est rare les employés avec un beau sentiment d'appartenance comme toi. Bravo
Last May I called for a service that I received with complete satisfaction and I recommend it, Eric Jodoin the most competent with whom I had to solve a problem which other companies were of great complexity for them. Beyond the service received, the after-sales service as well. Problem solved in time to say it and very affordable. Your bosses are lucky to have an employee like you. Employees with a great sense of belonging like you are rare. well done

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malheureusement le 0 étoile n'existe pas: nous avons dépensé plusieurs milliers de dollars, et refuse de nous servir car le propriétaire a entendu dire ?!? Sérieusement?!? À part y avoir dépensé notre argent, n'a JAMAIS fait affaire avec nous et agis de la sorte ! L'art d'être une compagnie professionnelle et respectable ! Pathétique ! Donc ne pas acheter là à moins d'avoir une réputation parfaite pour m. le patron !

Unfortunately the 0 star does not exist: we spent several thousand dollars, and refuses to serve us because the owner has heard?!? Seriously?!? Other than spending our money there, has NEVER done business with us and acted like this! The art of being a professional and respectable company! Pathetic! So don't buy there unless you have a perfect reputation for m. the boss !
Sorry for Eric, YOUR service was great, sorry your boss is more than ordinary!
