Graham, an IT Specialist, goes above and beyond for his clients. I was working on a major project for submission and as my colleague and I were editing the document, I deleted it. I believed the document was gone and we would not meet the deadline. I contacted Graham and he immediately connected to my system remotely and recovered the deleted file.
Graham understands the importance of technology both for business and personal use and ensures his clients stay current for continuous operation.
