The later may be an issue you are having, and instead of waiting on the phone with Microsoft, take it down for the folks at Isosceles to look at - they are amazing! Thanks again :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The team at Isosceles is very thorough, quick, and trustworthy. Hard drive crashed on my older PC and they were able to fit me in and start work the same day I called. Thankfully, they were able to recover all my personal files on the computer and had me back up and running in 3 business days (even fitting me in amongst emergency work that came up). I would highly recommend them for computer repair.
