Malgré quelques défis dûs à la localisation du bâtiment à isoler, ils ont vraiment su être orientés solutions afin de relever le défi pour que le travail soit fait proprement et sans suprise. Ils ont pris le temps de répondre à toutes nos questions avec des réponses honnêtes. Avec le recul nous voyons une grande difference sur le coût du chauffage. Super équipe !! Merci à vous We had our basement insulated last December. Despite some challenges due to the location of the building to isolate, they really knew how to be solutions oriented to meet the challenge for the work to be done properly and without surprise. They took the time to answer all our questions with honest answers. Looking back we see a big difference on the cost of heating. Great team !! thank you

On me demande d'envoyer un message texte, pas de retour, j'appelle, on me dit de rappeler, ce que je fait, ça répond pas, je laisse un message et on me rappelle pas. J'espère juste être le seul à avoir été si mal servi. It's so rotten as a service that they do not return their calls. I tried 3 times to have an appointment without success. I am asked to send a text message, no return, I call, I am told to call back, what I do, it does not answer, I leave a message and I do not remember. I just hope to be the only one to have been so badly served.

J'ai seulement demandé une soumission et on ma répondu ULTRA rapidement (en dedans d'une heure) la dame (Tina) a été super professionnel et ma donné un prix a peu près même si je n'étais pas en mesure de fournir des infos exact. Si toutes les entreprises etaient comme cela, les clients seraient toujours super content IMPECABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!! . I only asked for a quote and was answered ULTRA quickly (within an hour) the lady (Tina) was super professional and gave me a price roughly even though I was not able to provide exact info. If all businesses were like this, customers would still be super happy.

They took the time to come over, close to a 45 minute drive mind you, to give me an quote that would be on the dot and with no surprises on "D-Day". They came, they did, and they left, leaving no mess and only smiles and appreciation for a job well done. My spouse and I are VERY satisfied with the outcome. Good job guys!
