★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero Return Policy ! Very Rude Woman; "if you bought it here, you can't return it". Bought a set of Earphones for $47, got home checked it on Amazon, same item on;y $22. Should have Checked on Amazon 1st. They have no concept of a fair price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately I purchased a PS4 controller here for $50. They said they tested it and brought it home to find out it was broken. Come back to return it and sell they can do is in store credit. They also wont exchange it for one that might work in the Courtenay location. I came to pawn shop to purchase a cheap item since I cant afford a new one. Unfortunately a very bad experience on my end. Heads up on purchasing electronics especially if they said they tested it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are super friendly and the stock they aquire is always in great condition and functional. They love to let you browse at your leisure and there is no pressure sales, if they don't have anything you want that day they encourage you to come back later and browse again. I got a Ryobi drill press practically brand new for a steal of a price!! This is business at it's finest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update final: they didn't get mad for the misunderstanding, and really did care what happened to my stuff, it was my fault I didn't know enough of how the ps3 works ? but they didn't lash out were patient and dealt respectfully.
K yeah, I'll keep you posted but I took my ps3 in for a pawn, it came out broken, and when I called I was happily informed its not thier responsibility but they'll look at it for me. I even bought 3 new games from them to play when I got home, I feel ripped off. And will never recommend them again.
Update* my bro ( avid gamer) claims it might be software not hardware issue, not due to mishandling. Will keep you posted if it turns out to be such, hes looking at it today.
Update* it's been fixed, wasn't island traders fault.
