★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company is a fly by night scammer. Don't be lured by the lower prices, you get what you pay for. Guy has a bad attitude, clearly not meant to be in a customer service industry. He couldn't even find the problem, though I doubt he bothered looking. A neighbor was using a different company so I went and talked to the guy, he took one look at my house FROM THE STREET and told me exactly how the rats were getting into the roof - it was that obvious! Yet captain talks-a-lot either didn't notice or didn't care.
I've heard a lot of bad feedback about this guy from people around the valley, after the fact. Wish I knew then what I know now. Buyer beware!
It's also pretty sketchy that there's somehow "2 different" Island Pest Control companies operating in Duncan that say they don't have anything to do with each other. I'm not buying it, sounds like a cop out; when 1 company catches flak they just blame the "other" one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Island Pest Control responded in a timely manner. They were called to destroy, what I thought was, a yellow jacket nest. I was educated in different types of bees and wasps. I learned that the nest that I had was a paper wasp, a beneficial, non aggressive insect. So, i decided to leave them be. No charge to me. Would definitely recommend this company. Thank you Island Pest Control for being upfront and honest and not removing a nest that didn't need to be removed.

Bill saved the day for us! He was kind, professional and almost a counselor (My wife was horrified). I recommend Bill and Island Pest Control to anyone needing these services. You will not be disappointed with the service they provide.
