P	Pamela Barillaro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to wait almost half an hour for the stylist (manager) even though I was 5 mins early I had made the appt a week in advance! My appt was to do 1" root touch up, tone & put some foils in...my hair turned out greyish/purple!!!!! Supposed to be ash blonde!!!. I showed her the colour I was hoping for in one of their books) She didn't have time to do any foils as it was closing time & she took 2.5 hrs to do that! Cost me $160.00!!!! Will NEVER recommend this place to anyone????? Very disappointing & expensive experience?

Desperate in need to have my hair done before New Year's Eve I went to Island Haircutting. I entered the salon and asked "Would you have an opening this afternoon?" The stylist looked at me and answered "Yes, somebody just cancelled. Come again in 30 minutes." So, I returned after half an hour and watched one of the two hair dressers doing highlights for her co-worker. How I had known she was a co-worker? Because when the phone rang she jumped up from the chair and answered the call. After waiting for 15 minutes I was asked to sit down. I told the stylist what haircut I wanted and how I visioned my highlights. "I don't have time for highlights. I'll go home in 30 minutes was the answer." The other lady who took my appointment yelled from the corner "SHE didn't say anything about highlights." Although I felt already treated in a very rude and non-professional way I agreed to a haircut. As quickly as she could she cut my hair DRY and in the end charged me the shampooing as well. I will never ever visit this salon and won't recommend it to anyone.
t	teddy moose on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I was taken to the chair it was full of someone else's hair. Took 15 minutes to cut 2 inches off and not washed. When I went to pay I was told that would be almost $29 for the cut. I asked why when the price said $22.99 on the sign I was told because there is a Covid cleaning fee. So much for cleaning the chair!. Not impressed for $29 I could have gone to a professional salon. Will not be back

I went in hoping for a full set of color, 3 colors 2 mains 1 highlight and got quoted a decent price by the manager, all together would of been 110$ for a the wash, cut and style + the colors I wanted. I then got put with a young woman that looked like she had no idea what she was going, I also have a side cut which she trimmed and it looks super messy with missed spots. I was then quoted 130-150 for JUST the color nothing else so by the end that's a huge fricken jumped. I ended up not wanting to put that kind of money into color alone and god am I glad I didn't because I paid 42$ for a wash, trim and style which was just suppose to be some nice strong curls with a straightened top and it turned out horribly frizzy and the curls are horridly messy, uneven. and I am just... beyond disappointed. Customer concern? None. A more experienced woman tried to help with the situation which I appreciated however I just don't ever see me going back. This young woman had trimmed my side cut before and did a messy job that time as well... I have gotten way better for less at the very least nice curls and actual communication. Again would not recommand.

He has been know to get rude and angry. Jordan was amazing with him and made him feel so comfortable!! My son was so happy with the haircut and the conversation. Thanks Jordan, we will be back!
