I wish they would have more black/ dark color water color paper options or multi-media..tlThey do carry Montreal Canal paper which is great :)

Also had an older purchase that the receipt was faded beyond readability but they still did an exchange for me that was wonderful and top notch customer service. Keeps me going back when I need to replace used up supplies.

I dropped off 271 blueprints for digitizing, in various states of disarray, from 55 years of development and renovations in our Strata building. They organized them all, repaired frayed edges, scanned them, and most importantly communicated with me on the progress. I give them my highest recommendation.
C	Curtis Upshall on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While I've been impressed with their work in the past, unfortunately I was met with some extremely disappointing customer service and will not be coming back. I provided a lossless TIFF image for printing, and noticed that the color reproduction of the print was incorrect (visible in attached photos). Upon kindly asking for a reprint, staff insultingly reminded me that "images and colours will always look different from how they appear on your screen compared to how they print" and insisted that they could not offer a reprint, explaining that the image I provided was "not set up for a CMYK print." As I provided a lossless image, I am well aware that this is a process which printing staff are more than capable of doing on their own, leaving me at a complete loss for words as to how this has not been ameliorated. I've been offered a refund via a cheque for $5; simply laughable. To top it off, staff offered to "have our Premedia team look over your file but this would be a minimum charge of $48.25 + Tax." Awe-inspiringly tone-deaf stance. As a local photographer, I would have expected at least bare-minimum support from a local print company. Do yourself a favor and go to Prism Imaging.

From the beginning, Lindsey has always communicated in a positive manner. He has been helpful and reassuring, in the process of book printing! The high quality of my final product and the insight provided, has seen me benefit from their professional services! Highly recommended for all of your printing needs. Exceptional customer service!
