I know alot of the other members, travel from parts of Tri-cities to come here, as the training and coaching speaks to that direct point.

I went in with zero weightlifting experience and have questionable coordination- thanks to the amazing (and patient) coaches I am constantly improving and achieving my fitness goals. Not to mention they have strict covid protocols that has allowed them to stay open so we can all exercise safely. Coaches, programming, covid protocols, great selection of available gym times, safe, friendly and professional are all reasons I would highly recommend Iron Regime

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love Irone Regime!! All of the coaches are so nice, easy to talk to, and excellent at helping you make sure that you’re doing everything safely and making progress at your own pace. People are friendly and there are lots of options for class times and open gym if you prefer that. Highly recommend.
