About Iron Grill Steakhouse
Craig attended college as a professional cook. Since then, he has worked in a variety of food-related positions including managing at a health region facility. With more than 30 years of experience in the catering and and restaurant business, Craig is a red seal certified chef.
Lisa is the front of house manager and has over 30 years in the food service industry. Together, they decided that opening a restaurant and catering business would be a dream come true.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter and i had a steak each. One medium well, one medium rare. Both came the same, medium. Chicken noodle soup of the day for starter was great! Literally everything else lacked flavour. Thank god for hp sauce. Meal was very very bland. From the time we ordered to getting our food was about 45mins. Friendly staff, clean place and nice environment. Won't be coming back, on top of the food being bland the potatoes are obviously box potatoes, bad quality onion rings, and if the coleslaw wasnt store bought i would be surprised. Meal was about $61 with two pop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service, sounding very grouchy over the phone just asked if they had deep fried pickles! Then when I got there she acted like it was my fault she was swamped with work! Really need to work on their customer service! I won't be back anyway so they lost my business!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to the Iron Grill twice. The first time was not memorable. The second time I ordered a pepperoni pizza, which was so greasy that we couldn't even finish it. That's how you know they use cheap ingredients. The fries, ribs, and chicken fingers ordered were cheap as well. Everything is frozen. Nothing fresh. The steak was so chewy.
The atmosphere is dark and uncomfortably quiet. The website states a "warm atmosphere," but that is not true. Almost like eating in an empty hallway.
The cost is too high for the quality of food. I wouldn't waste my money there again. I'm surprised they're still in business. Maybe because locals don't have too many options to begin with.
