★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great experience. The staff are very friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. They were honest with me while picking my frame, helping me find one that I liked and suited my face. The physician was amazing with working with both of my young children during their exams. She utilized multiple methods to assess their eyes and tailored the exam to their development stage and then explained everything thoroughly to me. Great modern selection of frames, even for kids. Definitely recommend for young families. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not friendly! My father was told that he was taking too long during an eye exam. He couldn't see through either lens so obviously neither one worked, so take the time to do your job and change the lenses until he can see clearly. Why is it so hard to treat patients with dignity and respect!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very helpful staff I live I Edmonton and was staying in vegreville o had some left eye problems and phoned iris optometrist and they were more than happy to help . The optometrist I hsd seen is very nice and helped me with my eye problems. I seriously recommend the iris optometrist to any one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First off when I got my eye exam I was wearing a covid mask so everything was steamed up so I did the best I could to see for the exam. When I finally got my glasses one eye was blurry and the other one was crystal clear so I told the girl that works there the problem and she tells me that the two lenses will even them selfs out and it will all be clear.
Oh and because I am over 40 I needed bifocals which don't work for me. SCAMMERS!!!
