The other broker was rude and didn't do anything, lied to me about a pre approval then turned around and said I was denied. I ran to Della Dwyer and within 2 days she secured financing for me. She always returned my calls, emails, and so forth. She was always pleasant - even at 9 at night on her anniversary. She worked so hard for me on such a short time frame after I had been dragged through the gutters by a horrible broker. Della is my angel and I will forever bring her my business. She worked wonders and did it all with a smile. Regardless of your mortgage amount, she treats you like you are her most important client. It was a pleasure dealing with her and her team and I am now in my dream home thanks to her...:)

I wanted to refinance my mortgage, and mentioned to her mortgage broker assigned to my file that I'd been given a decent rate from my bank, told her what it was, and said I wanted to shop around. Not only did she end up arranging the refinance with my current bank but she DID NOT disclose that it would cost me about $900 out of pocket for her fee. I found out when I signed the closing documents. An ETHICAL broker would have shopped the loan, and then just told me to save my $900 and renew with my bank. Disgusting experience.

I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to keep the house or if I needed to sell and downgrade. How would my daughter react to this. After speaking with Della, she was able to do her magic and find me the right lender and consolidate all my debts into one affordable payment. This allowed me to no only keep the house but increase my cash flow. So much stress was lifted from my shoulders after everything was done. It was a pleasure dealing with Della and her staff. Great experience overall. I would highly recommend her and in fact< I have already sent a friend to her.

With her expertise in working with self employed individuals and her diligent team, the total process was made much easier and less stressful. Life over the past year has been crazy, unfamiliar and at time very stressful during this pandemic for so many individuals and families so who needs "more crazy" added to the pile when Della and her team are only a telephone call or an email away. She can be best described as knowledgeable, prompt, friendly, dependable, honest and she works for you and gets the job done! What more could you ask for? Thanks again for all your hard work!

Della retuned my call and we had a very frank discussion and she advised, if I went with her she would do all she could do to assist me. I can't even put into words how much she and her assistant Peggy went above and beyond to help me sort out my situation. Della was professional, direct to deal with, informative, punctual (via phone and email), reachable when I had questions, at all hours and at the end of the day she pulled through and I was successful with my remortgaging situation/application. During this highly emotional and stressful time of change in my life, Della far exceeded my expectations. She did more for me, in less time, than my 3 prior mortgage inquiries with other brokers.
