★ ★ ★ ★ ★ VERY FRUSTRATED! DENIED CARE! This is counter to their own professional oath to be care givers. I do not recommend out of town people to even bother.
I hurt my neck while on vacation and came here because the reviews were positive. I was denied care because I was from out of town and even though the provincial restrictions had been lifted their own policy wouldn't allow them to see me. I pointed out that the government regulations allowed them to treat me but they dismissed me.
