Highly recommended. Customer-oriented and very helpful. I live in Ottawa (across the country) and purchased a dive computer from IDC. A few issues arose during purchase but Royse sorted them out quickly and professionally. Hopefully I can get out to BC again for a dive and IDC will be first on my list of shops to stop at.

My name is Lukas and I like International Diving Center for many reasons, I give them solid 4.25 Stars only reason why not 5stars is only because they do not have banked Enriched air ready for quick convenient fills without having to oxygen clean your tanks and leave them for hours which their partial pressure method requires. Other than that they are very friendly, highly knowledgeable about diving, education and equipment. They allow you to quickly fill your tanks if you do not mind having 200 psi less air or you can leave the tanks with them for an hour or two and they fill them slowly and completely full. The sell quality gear for sure, I bought a few things from and they all work well. They offer a yearly air fill pass which is amazing and makes diving affordable for those of us who enjoy this sport dearly. Their yearly pass is so amazing I never have to feel negative about short dives when I only use up half my tank thinking that I am wasting half my air fill. They really make diving reasonably affordable. The owner was super nice he allowed me to pause my air fill card for 1/3 of a year (4months) because I live part of the year in the tropics which shows how they are reasonable and willing to work with you and how much they value you as a customer. The only one thing I wish that they would have is banked 40% enriched air like the North Vancouver store and from that you can easily blend lower mixtures like 32 and 36% and it would allow you to not have to leave your tanks with them for hours and you could have healthier safer and longer diving as a result of using this superior gas mixture. Ohh yes I forgot to also say that their hours of operation as longer which is so nice because most days if not all I think they are open till 7pm which is amazing for getting your tanks filled before a night dive or after work you can still get to them even with rush hour if you work till 5 or 530pm. Excellent customer service. I received a personal email within minutes of placing an order to inform me the item was on back order. Half of my purchase was immediately shipped to me and I was given the option to cancel the other item. Will definitely purchase from them again.

Truly a great company to deal with! I was looking to pick up a dry suit and was not sure what my best option was. I sent out emails to many companies and Reed got back to my really quickly. He took the time to send me a bunch of different options, prices and suggestions. He really went above and beyond to provide amazing customer service. Once I had narrowed my choices down, I had asked Reed to place an item aside until I could travel down to see it. He was awesome and put the suit aside, making sure he had everything I was interested in for when I was able to travel down to Vancouver. When I got to the shop,. He spent over an hour with me, explains options, technical points, and getting me to try on different combinations into we came up with the perfect package. He took his time to explain everything, answer all my questions and even offer personal and professional suggestions to all of my questions. I will certainly be back and will get all my gear through Reed and IDC. Their knowledge, patience and customer service are truly top level. They even took the time to check up on me a week later and see how things worked out for me…. I haven’t seen customer service like this for a very long time. Kudos to IDC for being the best! I highly recommend everyone that is looking for gear… go see IDC!

Great dive shop I had been searching the corners of the web for a Scubapro women's steamer upf 50 suit in xl since I’m a dude and that was the only size that would fit me and came across this site. Being excited that I had finally found one I asked them what size would be best and they helped me determine the size I needed and as for shipping it arrived on time. But great shop I will maybe be returning here to get more stuff if I need it.

Phenomenal dive shop. This review is solely for customer service and shopping experience. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and honest. Never felt pressured for an upsell or anything. Just straight facts and trying to see what's actually the best for me. Had an issue with a product (manufacturer issue) and they were very prompt, and happy, to assist. Selection is abundant. Where they didn't have something in stock there, they offered to conveniently order it in. Will continue to shop here
