About Interlake Packers Ltd
Located in St. Laurent, Manitoba, Interlake Packers’ was founded in 1972. It is a family owned and operated company.
Since the company opened we have expanded our facilities twice, once in 1990 and again in 1998.
We are a provincially inspected slaughter and processing plant.
We process fresh pork on a weekly basis buying our hogs locally from the Interlake. We do custom slaughtering and wild game processing.
We have a retail store that is open 5 days a week.
We also have 2 delivery trucks that are on the road 5 days a week that deliver to local stores and restaurants within the Interlake and Winnipeg areas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It all tastes the same. It tastes like the only seasoning they use is Garlic. I use to enjoy getting meats here but realized it's because I was used to it. You can make way better meats at home. There are a lot of farmers around town who make WAY YUMMIER kinds/cuts/etc. Not enough variety. Not worth the hype. Also kinda expensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wicked, wicked farmers sausage, we usually preorder 20-30 lbs for when we drive through from calgary. Yes i said Calgary... My wife told me to try it , and it gives some steinbach butchers a run for there money. There course garlic sausage is also one to pre order.... Will always stop and get my meats there.

I’m always amazed at the size of the box full I’ve stuff I’ve got for $50-70.
It’s very handy if you are passing in a big truck too because there is ample room to turn around in their yard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely the best meats in Manitoba. Clean facility, friendly helpful staff, and the slab bacon is incredible! You can't buy packaged bacon like this in any store, what I mean is that these bellies are 90% all meat, and not 80%-90% all fat.Everything tastes fantastic, the pork jerky is a must buy.This location is fantastic for anyone heading north year round. They open on Saturdays in summer which is great for anyone heading to the lake.
