★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brett R. is the best employee ever!! there was a group of us just dumped on him (during a COVID disembarkation). He calmed people, many were up in arms and upset with the way we were not given information we needed before being dumped off the ship he answered every question with patience. Brett remained calm listened to each individual and did a great job of trying to get us answers. 5 stars to the man of the hour!
