★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An employe driving an Intercon Marine work truck towing a travel trailer parked across all the Tesla Superchargers in Nanaimo today and then when asked, very politely, to move his vehicle told the asking person if there was a problem to call and speak to his boss at Intercon Marine. There is no more ignorant, ridiculous, childish and asinine thing one can do then to park in front of electric vehicle charging stations in a feeble and transparent attempt to get a “rise” out of those that require these charging stations to “fuel” our vehicles. Well man, you wanted the notoriety for yourself and your business and here you go. If this is the sort of contempt and stupidity this company and their employees have for the general public one must ask themselves how much effort they would take in dealing with your business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shocked & dismayed at the behaviour of the Intercon Marine employee who used his truck and trailer to intentionally prevent all travellers from recharging at the Woodgrove Mall today, even after being asked to move. Shameful — clearly not an individual that cares about the environment, let alone basic courtesy & professionalism. Looking forward to hearing specifics on how Intercon Marine plans to address the issue, both with this employee and with respect to company policy moving forward.
