★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve worked with Rob, Kam and the team from intellimortgage three times in the last ~5 years, and each time has been a great experience. I felt comfortable and at ease every step of the way, as they answered any questions or resolved any issues I had quickly and effectively.
It is difficult these days to find a broker with honest / unbiased opinions, a high level of expertise for the products they provide, and ability to source very low rates. Very highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently got my mortgage refinanced via intelliMortgage team. It was a great experience. Leslie handled my case at the beginning. She tried everything she could to get me the best rate; she answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns very quickly. During the closing, Leslie is on vacation and Melanie immediately jumped in when there is a small issue (on the lawyer side) and got the case closed smoothly. I am extremely happy with the level of service the team provided; would be glad to refer the team to my friends.

She's been very helpful and patient from start to finish, she kept us updated on the latest rate and answered our questions, she definitely understands that mortgage is a long term commitment so it is important to get the best rate, although were just one of many customers of Intelli. Excellent customer service and will definitely recommend her and the team.

I keep a very close eye on rates and they offer the best deals I've seen anywhere. More than once I thought I had the best possible deal somewhere else and they beat it for me. Kam was a pleasure to work with!

Their staff (I had the pleasure of working with Kam) was extremely helpful and friendly - best of all they don't pressure you into making a decision that purely benefits them. I ended up signing with a different lender due to circumstances related to our location (smaller town in Northern BC). However, our lowest / most affordable approval came from Intellimortgage. I definitely recommend them

Worked with Kam for my last mortgage and they are 100% pros at putting together financing. Always impressed at the relationship they have with their lenders and how they iron out everything and basically have approval before even submitting the application package. I could not recommend them more.
