Being a dog groomer is very physical and takes a huge toll on the body. Being told by my doctor that if I don't start to take care of me, I would be in pain the rest of my life, was an eye opener. Thanks to Preya I have been able to bounce back and enjoy the job I love without pain. Plus, she is really nice and I truly enjoy our visits. She is a friend not just my physiotherapist

After being in other industrial line style sports therapy clinics it was refreshing to be one on one with the PT. Exactly as advertised on the website “hands on, without assistants”. I am optimistic about recovery after a positive initial visit as my range of motion was improved from hands on work and acupuncture. I am on crutches and they shoveled a path in the snow from their door to the curb for me to get into my ride. Everything was positive about this experience from the time I arrived until leaving. If you are in need of physio I strongly recommend Integrative Physio & Preya!

Preya did acupuncture on me which I had never had done before and I noticed a huge difference in my symptoms. She worked to come up with the best treatment plan for me which included different exercises and acupuncture. I have also seen Samantha for massage therapy at this location and she is also fantastic. She has a unique approach; incorporating breathing techniques and guided meditations into your sessions if you would like them. Talk about a relaxing experience! Both ladies are amazing at what they do and are very knowledgeable, explaining what is going on with your muscles. The admin staff Lindsay is wonderful and friendly too! They are all very accommodating at finding an appointment that works with your schedule. The office is beautiful too! I highly recommend Integrative Physiotherapy & Wellness to all of my friends and family.
