★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a pensioner who needed to up date the insulation in my house that I have owned for 30 years. I phoned several companies for quotes and they were the only one to show up on time. There quote was the lowest and detailed what work was to be done. Other quotes were vague about what was going to be done and I was told there might be extra costs. Insulation BC did the job at the quoted price, they were professional in there work and could not be happier. My house is much warmer and I now have a R 52 rating. Plus they assisted me in applying for rebate. I highly recommend this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I set an appointment and that day I received a call saying what time they would arrive. they arrived on time. I went over everything with their installer and left him alone to work. Once complete he showed me the insulation I took pictures in case I was questioned about the rebate. At that time and maybe still going BC Hydro was offering a rebate. I had R50 installed and got close to 50% back. I had a little trouble finalizing the rebate questions and called the installer and he walked me through it and even offered to come over and help if needed. It was great service!! received my rebate aprox 1 month later from Hydro. Highly recommend getting this done.
