The work was done promptly and efficiently and no mess was left behind. Jay was extremely responsive and took the time needed to explain what he would be doing. I had my attic insulation done and although I cannot really see a difference yet (as right after the job was done the temperature warmed up) I am very excited to see whether the upstairs will feel fresh in the summer time when the air conditioning is on (it was always extremely hot). Jay struck me as someone who is super reliable. His aim is not only to deliver a job well done but also to ensure that his customers are happy and satisfied. This is so refreshing! I definitely recommend Jay and Jarrah contracting for your insulation needs.

Their prices were on par with other companies with good reviews, and their quote was very detailed explaining everything that was included. Scheduling was easy, and they arrived right on time. Jay and Manny were both very friendly and professional, good about COVID safety, and happily showed us the attic before and after with a thorough explanation. They worked quickly and put everything back after they finished. We were very impressed with the whole process and would not hesitate to recommend them!

Jarrah's team was prompt to respond, courteous, and quick to schedule the work within a couple of days. The job itself was thorough, 22 inches of fibreglass foam insulation (R60) over 1200 square feet. All was completed in 2 hours, including vaccuming the whole area leaving no trace.

Not only were they able to book me in the next day for installation when all other companies were quoting several weeks or months in advance, they went above and beyond what any other company would have done. My roof pitch is tricky, to the point where my attic is basically a crawl space. Jay worked his way up there to not only put in the attic insulation, but to fix the baffles I had hired another company to do. Their prices were competitive, they cleaned up after themselves, and they were very friendly guys. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will continue to hire them myself for any future insulation projects.
