J'ai un gros soucis de non retour d'appel de la propriétaire. En avril dernier, je ne rends compte que j'ai perdu la carte. J'en fais par à la propriétaire qui me dit appelé Communicor pour ravoir une autre carte. Au bout de deux semaines, aucune nouvelle. Je communique avec Communicor, fais part de mes informations personnelles (adresse et moment de la transaction) et m'informe que la propriétaire ne les a jamais appelé dans ces deux semaines là. Communicor communique avec la propriétaire pour avoir l'approbation de me renvoyer une carte, approbation donnée. Depuis je tente de prendre rdv, on doit me rappeler et aucun retour d'appel. Bref, chaque fois qu'elle a dit me rappeler j'ai dû la recontacter puisque aucun retour d'appel de son côté. Est-ce de la frime cette carte promo? Depuis avril je tente de prendre rdv, mais j'ai comme l'impression de déranger avec ma carte promo et de m'être faite avoir de 88 $.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leur site web est très professionnel et haut de gamme mais, arrivé sur place pour une consultation, rien n'est pareil. Je crois que le salon a été vendu et l'administration est changé. Mais où est passé Diane ??? Il n'y a personne à l'accueil, vous attendez dehors car la porte est barré et personne à la réception. La propreté des cabines et des salles laisse vraiment à désirer et manque sérieusement d'entretien. Je ne confierais pas mes soins corporels à cet endroit en aucun temps.
Their website is very professional and upscale but, arrived on site for a consultation, nothing is the same. I think the show has been sold and the administration is changed. Where did Diane go? There is no one at the reception, you wait outside because the door is barred and no one at the reception. The cleanliness of the cabins and the rooms leaves a lot to be desired and seriously lacks maintenance. I will not entrust my body care to this place at any time.
