Le dégradé était beaucoup trop étagé et prononcé ce qui ne respectait pas du tout la coupe que je voulais et était appuyée de photos. Bref, c'était ma première et dernière visite. Despite the kindness of the hairdresser, I am frankly disappointed with my bob cut. The gradient was far too layered and pronounced which did not respect the cut I wanted at all and was supported by photos. In short, it was my first and last visit.

Je lui monte la photo à quoi je veux ressembler ( balayage ) et la coiffeuse Sami, me met blonde des racines aux pointes! Non-satisfaite du résultat, je me met à pleurer car c’est aucunement ça que j’ai demandé et elle tente de corriger le tout mais c’est deux fois pire! Je reviens à la maison en pleure et le lendemain matin, je suis carotte, rousse et blonde! J’y suis retournée ce soir pour faire ma correction et j’ai eu droit au pire service du monde! Sami m’a peter une coche au lieu d’assumer qu’elle m’avait manquée! Je suis partie en pleurant car je ne supporte pas de me faire parler ainsi alors que c’est même pas mon erreur! Je ne recommande aucunement ce salon! Pire service pour une erreur commise par eux! Ils m’ont fait perdre mon temps I went to the salon last night to get my hair done for my prom. I show her the photo of what I want to look like (balayage) and the hairdresser Sami, makes me blonde from root to tip! Not satisfied with the result, I start to cry because that's not what I asked for and she tries to correct it but it's twice as bad! I come home crying and the next morning I'm carrot, redhead and blonde! I went back tonight to do my correction and was treated to the worst service in the world! Sami gave me a tick instead of assuming I missed her! I left crying because I can't stand being spoken to like that when it's not even my mistake! I do not recommend this salon at all! Worst service for a mistake made by them! They wasted my time
C	Cueillir “SantorskiL” Lapomme on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai fait appel aux talents de coloriste d'Ely cette semaine dans son autre succursale à Montréal sur St-Hubert et franchement, WOW. Elle m'a bien accueilli au salon et la journée même de mon appel. Je suis arrivé les cheveux pratiquement noir et suis reparti en beau blond platine la même journée, après 5h de traitement. Elle est loin de rechigner à la tâche, Ely est restée 2h après la fermeture du salon juste pour que je parte avec la couleur exacte que je souhaitais, même en lui disant qu'on pouvait sans problème continuer le lendemain. Le prix valait à 100% le service que j'ai obtenu, et elle m'a même offert la coupe le lendemain. Je la recommande chaudement. I called on Ely's coloring talents this week at his other Montreal branch on St-Hubert and frankly, WOW. She made me feel welcome at the show and on the very day of my call. I arrived with almost black hair and left in a beautiful platinum blonde the same day, after 5 hours of treatment. She is far from balking at the task, Ely stayed 2 hours after the show closed just so that I left with the exact color I wanted, even telling her that we could continue without problem the next day. The price was 100% worth the service I got, and she even offered me the cup the next day. I highly recommend her.

J ai les cheveux toute brisés et lorsque j'y suis retourné la coiffeuse à refusé de mes arranger et ma dit des chose non professionnels comme quoi je disais n'importe quoi et que mes cheveux avait laire de la photo (désolé mais J ai demandé un balayage blond avec ma racine de ma couleur naturelle non une couleur jaune roux jusqu a ma racine) peut importe allez ci pas si non bye bye vos cheveux Sa fille I went to have my hair dyed at his salon and it burned my hair and left my hair yellow with red check marks! My hair is all broken and when I returned the hairdresser refused to fix me and said unprofessional things like I was saying anything and my hair looked like the picture (sorry but I asked a blond balayage with my root in my natural color not a reddish yellow color up to my root) it doesn't matter go here if not bye bye your hair Her daughter
