L'inspection a pris 3h, il a vraiment fait une inspection complète (j'avais déjà fait affaire avec une autre compagnie pour l'inspection de mon quadruplex et ça avait pris moins de 2h). Il a pris son temps, a bien expliqué ce qu'il observait et les solutions possibles, et a remis son rapport dans les 48h (un weekend en plus). J'ai beaucoup apprécié son expertise.
 I did business with Luc Forest for the pre-purchase inspection of my future home. The inspection took 3 hours, it really did a full inspection (I had already done business with another company for the inspection of my quadruplex and it had taken less than 2 hours). He took his time, explained well what he observed and the possible solutions, and submitted his report within 48 hours (one more weekend). I really appreciated his expertise.
