Nous avons fait appel aux services de Mr. Gervais pour l'inspection pré-achat de notre première maison. Une maison des années 1950 avec plusieurs aspects non-conformes. Il a passé près de 4h à expliquer, vulgariser et s'assurer que je comprenais chaque petit détail! L'inspection a été faite dans les règles de l'art et aucun coin n'a été oublié. De la première prise de contact jusqu'au rapport remit dans les 24h après l'inspection, tout à été simple et parfait! Recommandation sans hésitation pour le service et le professionnalisme!
