β β β β β I started out with Insight working evenings and weekends as a part time job while attending university. Currently, I have been with the company for over a year and my position has grown into managing the north Edmonton office. Insight is a great organization that allows me to grow with the business. Insight makes me feel like a valuable employee - my skills are utilized and I am challenged. Itβs really great working for a company when you believe in what they do.
The psychologists at Insight are very caring and compassionate and I have formed friendships with many of them. Whenever I am struggling with a difficult time or decision in my life, Melodie, Ashley, Teena, Lana, Ricardo, Maggie, Elicia, or Forrest are always there with an ear to listen. The support and encouragement is much appreciated! ο

β β β β β Me and my spouse of seven years were amazed and uplifted by the amazing staff at insight. The therapist was understanding and new just the right questions to ask to help bring us "insight" on each other and the obstacles in our relationship.
The staff that booked us in was also kind and helpful and answered many of our questions, as we were new to the world of therapy and a tad leery about speaking to professionals about out personal life. To our surprise the staff made it very easy to work through and by the end of our first few sessions we looked forward to the next. Thank you to the staff at insight for all your help!

β β β β β My therapist at Insight Psychological guided me through the difficult process of leaving a longtime domestic abuse situation. He helped me immensely by providing the tools, advice and support that I needed to make life altering and positive changes in the lives of myself and my five children. My therapy experience has had a very profound and long lasting impact on our family by giving us hope for a better future. I doubt that we would be living the happy, healthy and safe lives that we enjoy today if it wasn't for the counselling that I received. The admin staff were also very caring and helpful. I highly recommend Insight Psychological for the outstanding professional services they provide.

β β β β β I have nothing but great things to say about Insight. I've had a couple of issues with appointments getting lost but mistakes happen and in the two or so years i've been going, it's only happened twice, I think. Front desk people are always really helpful and kind, really friendly. My therapist has been patient with me and has really helped me navigate through some really large traumas. I've had therapists before and there was never full fledged trust in them. But I trust my therapist at Insight completely.

Not only is our therapist caring, supportive, and helpful but the Insight admin staff members are always accommodating and helpful as well. Insight went the extra mile to meet our requests. It is hard enough working through major family crisis, so we are very glad to receive the kind of support given by Insight. I would certainly recommend them.
