★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was contacted by Sarah Bailey asking for some more information about my work history, and if I was a current union member. My resume clearly has half a dozen different union affiliations on it as well as dozens of training courses that are only offered through unions. After I sent additional material showing this, Sarah then emailed me stating that she is looking for someone with union affiliation. Not sure what is with HR people these days but they clearly don't know how to read or understand event the basics of trades and the industries in Alberta. Looking at her experience on LinkedIn and it is clear she should not be in the position she is.
