★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brittany is my girl for Botox! She is professional and extremely knowledgeable. I have a fear of needles and she always makes me feel as comfortable as possible. The clinic itself is clean and well kept and the other staff are very friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jody - the manager stepped in for me, when I did not know where to turn. Not only did she get involved but made things happen, after I had numerous calls with my husbands doctors' clinic and his care (who to be fair had to rely on what the doctors ordered) - she came through big time. Whatever she is paid, she certainly should be paid more. She takes patient care to a new level and comes in and makes things so much easier. Bless you Jody - you are such a credit to Innovation Dermatology. THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart!!!! - I did not know where to turn and you helped out and made everything happen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ideal experience asside from the sheer difficulty to get into see the doctor due to the lack of dermatologists in the central zone, I hope the doctor can reach out to a few new graduates and open a larger practice in red deer as we serve over a million people here in the central zone who all rely on this one single doctor. My own father did this in our small community (dentistry) and despite some cons it is for the greater good of the community and the doctor /office.
I also have failed to get a followup call, which I was told I would get 3 months later.
The doctor himself seems like an amazing human, and well experienced, quickly diagnosed my two issues that have been bounced around at normal doctors for years. The treatments are slowly working but a followup call would have been nice as I may run out of my treatment formula Soon and it's been over 6 months since the visit.
Update: the office reached out after posting this review promptly and my perception was renewed before I felt the need to call in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ LOVE LOVE LOVE Innovation Dermatology! I saw Dr. Day years ago when my son saw him for his alopecia. Dr. Day could be the nicest doctor I have ever met. He is very personable, down to earth & genuinely cares about his patients. His staff is beyond amazing! They make you feel welcome & answer any questions you may have. I highly recommend Innovation Dermatology not only because of the positive environment but also the equipment that Dr. Day has in his clinic. The equipment he provides for his patients & clients is top-notch! I'm currently having some anti-aging treatments done with Meranda & she is awesome! Very nice & knows her stuff! Thanks Meranda & all the staff at ID.

I was afraid when I first started my treatments, she aussured me everything would be ok. She went through everything, step by step. Great clinic! I just wanted to give credit to someone who deserves it! One of the nicest people I have ever dealt with. Thanks for taking time to listen to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had Votiva treatment done by Brittany here at the clinic. She is very professional, friendly and made the experience so comfortable for me with my high anxiety. The treatment has helped not only my physical conditions but also with my self esteem. I would recommend this to anyone who has any issues with their bladder after child birth or anything related to it. Thank you so much Brittany ❤️

She is highly trained/experienced and focused on getting results. Most comfortable facial I have ever had and the results are great. I have booked for a little more self care and looking forward to more awesome results!

Everything is explained in simple language and the results are unbelievable. My acne scars are at a bare minimum and plus ppl wonder why my skin looks so great in my 60's.
