★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and myself have had both our vehicles worked on by Ron the owner of Innovation Auto Care Center. Ron has always checked our vehicles from bumper to bumper when in his shop. He always contacted us with what was wrong. Never repairing anything until he got the ok from us. We have never be disappointed with any work Ron has performed on our vehicles. We have also found that our repair costs have been substantially lower then other shops we used in the past. Innovation Auto Care Center is defiantly our do to repair shop. We would highly recommend Innovation Auto Care Center they are a cut above the rest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner has the worst customer service ever. He is not a licensed mechanic who charges over the roof. He gambles with every work and he will never say he can't manage the job. Opens the vehicle and gets stuck, and starts to look a round for help. My advice, don't even try to come close to him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ripped me off when buying a vehicle from the owner. Told me nothings wrong with the truck, we went and seen it and then told us only the air intake and then drove it home to a bumpy ride. Truck needed new bearings, ball joints in the front and also two spark plugs from what I’ve been told so far. If I knew before how scummy the owner is then I wouldn’t of even stepped foot on the property.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent customer service, First I took my vehicle to Canadian Tire, they were trying to charge me a lot of money to service my vehicle. by the end I took it to Innovation auto care, which it was recommended to me by one of my friend, they check my vehicle for totally free of charge, told me the problems need to be fixed, and the price was big different from what I heard from the other shop. they did an excellent works. keep it up. thx.
