★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a customer of Ink Addiction for 5 years now and have gotten tons of work done by several different artists. I’ve currently been in the process of completing my sleeve and recently received a gift card to put towards my upcoming appointment however all the artists including mine have very suddenly left Ink Addiction and Ink Addiction is not willing to give any kind of reimbursement for a gift card I can no longer use when the artists all leaving is quite clearly the fault of the shop. I’m extremely hesitant to have any work done at this shop because of whatever incident has occurred and am extremely upset they are unwilling to do anything. You would think in situations like these they’d be willing to work with you towards a solution you feel good about but I guess not. This whole situation definitely makes me not want to return to this shop at any point.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got tattoo on arm and after heal I got colour out I went to shop they gave me time for fix it Bt they changed appointment on same day just 2 hour ago and again gave new appointment for another day I visited and they said we don’t know you coming so that’s means no respect and care about time for other Still my tattoo is pending

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an excellent overall experience. The whole place was like a well oiled machine. I sat for close to 5 hours with Jody, so I watched the other artists set up and work on their clients and everyone was so comfortable from start to finish. My tattoo is amazing. Better than I expected. I'm so pleased with the entire experience and just the whole vibe of the place. I'll definitely be back in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to reschedule because the guy who was supposed to do the tattoo quit the same day, so we rescheduled an appointment for early in the morning, only for us too get here (we are from out of town) to find the shop doesn’t open till ten even though they had booked us earlier than that! It’s now noon and we have not heard back from anyone of seen any activity within the shop, I honestly don’t know how they even have business with the organization of a two year old and with the respect for costumers (they have none) it’s embarrassing, I don’t recommend anyone go to the shop I think it’s a 10/10 waste of time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very disappointed today, as I have gotten a tattoo here before and had no issues. I scheduled an appointment a few weeks ago and a few days before my appointment i was rescheduled because they "didnt book enough time for me". I arrived at the shop, 5 mins before my appointment time, and they told me that they would have to reschedule AGAIN because the tattoo artist was running behind AFTER i already got there. I live out of town and took the afternoon off of work specifically for this tattoo. They were apologetic until the tattoo artist told me that "it wasn't that far of a drive ", basically saying i shouldnt be upset that they cancelled on me with no notice while i was standing there ready for my appointment. The least they could have done was inform me before i drove out of my way that they would have to cancel. It is time wasted out of my day and also super unprofessional. I understand that things happen, but I have read multiple reviews that have similar experiences to mine. They need to start prioritizing clients and figure out their schedule a little bit better. I will not be coming back here, even though i have $200 gift card that will unfortunately go to waste. 10/10 Do not recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love my tattoo! ... my appointment got delayed and shuffled a bit, and I was slightly annoyed initially with the handling of it. However....it was worth the wait. I'm super happy with the design and placement, and really enjoyed the conversation too! Thanks Ben!! :) and thanks Emma for getting me booked in with Ben. :)
