Had a hot water tank installed about 8 years. The individual(s) damaged some items in my basement and didn’t bother to mention anything.
Had them come to give me an estimate on central air for my home. Albeit my house isn’t new or even nice, but it’s mine. They came, they saw, they left. Two summers later, I’m still waiting for that estimate.
There are other things. Little things. But today took the cake.
While having a warranty replacement hot water tank installed, I suppose it is routine to check the power output from the breaker box to the tank. However, that step has seemingly left me short a power outlet in my living room that works and no power to my washing machine. Upon calling to inform the company of my current state and concern, I was met only with a lack of accountability, dumbfoundment, and further urging to contact an electrician.
And...I have no hot water ?
