★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to pick an item up and I did not know where to go so I phoned Ingram for help and the guy to me to phone the company I ordered it from ( that would be Ingram micro) and then he insults my intelligence. This place has the worst customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible technical support. Refused to provide an invoice for a purchase. Promises made by their sales people turned out to be false. The Marketplace and control panel system is buggy, hard to use and just frustrating. I very much regret doing business with them. It took 5+ hours of talking to customer support to get a small issue resolved. They are generally unhelpful and don't know their own products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am coming this place last 4 years . Security guards are so great and helpful but yesterday on may 10/2021 one of bold security guy was so rude with me and my another two colleague without any reason. Please try to give him some lessons how to behave .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If we ran our business like this we would be out of business in under a year! How are they still in business - staff does not care - placed an order - took 1 day for shipment to be scanned for delivery but still has not been shipped? Tracking number shows it has not been picked up - but they say system says it shipped - next - I had to call their phone system 4 times before I got to speak to someone - they kept hanging up on me? Just a bad company - will stop using them .
Not sure how there rating is still a 2.3 - all the reviews with details are a 1 star (would be 0 stars if the option was available) and 1 person - 4 years ago hits 5 star (with no details)? This needs an adjustment - also notice Ingram has not responded to a single complaint! They just don't care about customer service on any level!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coming here from the last 2 years. What a cheap Security Guard service. whoever going there please be careful of a bold Security guard. According to my understanding, he is a new supervisor or something but he sounds and acts like he is the owner of the company and he is on top of everyone. What an idiot!
