Il ont pris le temps de m'expliquer tout le fonctionnement de mon ordi et le fonctionnement des logiciels et fonctions qu'ils m'ont installés. Jamais je n'aurais eu un tel service ailleurs. J'y suis allé à plusieurs reprises après mon achat pour me faire expliquer des détails et à chaque fois, ils ont pris le temps de me répondre et de m.expliquer, et ce, même si ils étaient ocuppés. Wow !
Demandez Nathalie, c'est une experte et une vraie professionnelle de l'informatique, elle est dévouée et attentionnée au besoin des clients.
I bought a laptop at Megahertz. I had such friendly and professional service. They took the time to explain to me the whole operation of my computer and the operation of the software and functions they installed for me. I would never have had such service elsewhere. I went there several times after my purchase to explain the details to me and each time they took the time to answer and explain to me, even if they were concerned. Wow!
