★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Étant moi-même expert en informatique, je sais que la plupart des techniciens chargent des prix épouvantables pour des tâches très simple à faire.
Ayant un problème avec mon ordinateur, dont je n'avais pas le temps de m'occuper dû à mon horaire chargé, j'ai donc décidé d'opter pour un technicien. J'ai décidé de prendre cette compagnie parce que c'était celle qui offrait un support technique 24/24. C'est TRÈS rare de voir ce genre de compagnie.
En appelant, 15 minutes plus tard, j'étais rendu chez l'entreprise et ils étaient déjà en train de diagnostiquer mon ordinateur. ÇA, c'est du SERVICE.
Sans autant dire que l'entreprise a des prix très compétitifs par rapport à ses compétiteurs.
Ce que j'ai aimé surtout, c'est que je savais que le problème serait long à régler. Je m'attendais à ce que ça lui prenne 4h+ à faire le diagnostique, il y avait beaucoup de choses à vérifier.
Bin non! 2h30 plus tard après l'avoir porté, on m'appelle pour me dire qu'il vient de trouver le problème et que c'est réglé. ÇA, c'est quelqu'un de compétent.
Bref, sincèrement, je ne vois même pas une seule chose à critiquer sur cette entreprise. Si vous avez un problème d'ordinateur, selon moi, c'est LA meilleure place à Sherbrooke que vous pouvez aller et de loin.
Finalement, sachez que je ne suis pas le genre de personne qui fait des reviews de 5 étoiles, donc lorsque j'en fais une, c'est que ça vaut RÉELLEMENT, 5 étoiles. :)

Having a problem with my computer, which I didn't have time to deal with due to my busy schedule, so I decided to go for a technician. I decided to take this company because it was the one that offered 24 hour technical support. It is VERY rare to see this kind of company.
When I called, 15 minutes later I was at the company and they were already diagnosing my computer. THAT is SERVICE.
Without saying that the company has very competitive prices compared to its competitors.
What I liked most was that I knew the problem would take a long time to fix. I expected it to take him 4h + to do the diagnosis, there was a lot to check.
Bin no! 2h30 later after wearing it, I am called to tell me that he has just found the problem and that it is fixed. THAT is a competent person.
In short, honestly, I don't even see a single thing to criticize about this company. If you have a computer problem, in my opinion, this is THE best place in Sherbrooke that you can go by far.
Finally, know that I'm not the type of person who gives 5 star reviews, so when I do, it's REALLY worth 5 stars. :)
