★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't use this company rude staff they will hold your money and charge you for NSF FEES THAT ARE CRAZY THAT YOU HAVE ALREADY PAYED TO THE BANK. I MISSED ONE PAYMENT THEN PAYED IT THE NEXT DAY I GOT A NSF FROM MY BANK AND NOW IA IS CHARGING ME 100$ TOO SO 150 IN NSF FEES BIG JOKE

Try to take your employer to move away from these scammers for group plans. If you have personal plans with them, move away ASAP.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have started an account for RESP for my son on February 2021. Now I want to change my financial institution from IA to another provider , so for that I have informed them to stop taking payments from my bank account from now onwards and I need to transfer the accumulated money to my current financial provider . The authorities from IA told that in order to freeze the account transaction I need to pay penalties fees for more than 600 dollars to them and also the transfer fees. And there is no prior agreement from me and IA during the time of signing the contract and IA never addressed me these kind of fees applicable in order for changing the financial institution. I don’t know how I can get rid of this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For business like this, you would think they would help in anyway for the customer. Unfortunately finding this out today wasn't a make your day alot better kinda day. Not allowed to change your payments with these ppl. Do your home work with these, before signing anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This organization is pretty much a scam rather than a company. The Student Association of George Brown hires the Students Insurance assistance through Morecare, who hires this company to operante the services. However, I always find barriers to access to health services. Yes, the basic human right of health. They always try to make as much as they can to do not provide the service, or make the student desists of using the services due to their bureaucracy and non-answered emails.
Definitely, iA Financial Group is the worst insurance operator.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an rrsp investment account set up with these guys through a previous employer for a short period and when it came time to move on and try and withdraw the small amount of money that had accumulated over that time period, it was a complete nightmare. Multiple phone calls with customer service reps that would tell me my money was on the way or we just have to receive some documents first from your previous employer, than call weeks later and find out nothing had been done. Needless to say, terrible experience and I would never invest with them again.
